In my day, we used to call the plumbers. But I love their new title of Comfortable Living Specialists and this company’s sense of humor. Now if they could lower their prices, we would all be happy!

My sister’s have always been jealous of the fact that our grandmother gave me her Satin Pillowcases that her grandmother brought over with her back in the early 1900′s from the old country, Italy. They would really be upset with me if they found out that she had turned me onto the Bed Skirts and Quilts that she (our grandmother) made back when she was a girl and trying to fill up her hope chest, which were so popular back then. I guess one day they will found out all of the goodies that were handed down to me, but I’m in no hurry for them to, I can tell you that.
Right now none of these items will do me any good until I look into purchasing some new Mattress Covers to put on the beds, since my currents ones have seen much days and I’m afraid that they will not protect as they should. I don’t think that they had mattress covers back in my grandmother’s day, if so she never mentioned them to me and I think that she would have in all of the talks and the time we spend together the last few years on this earth.
I miss my grandmother so much. I’m glad that I got to spend that time with her, it meant a lot to everyone to know that she wasn’t stuck in some nursing home somewhere being taken care of by a bunch of strangers that really couldn’t care less about anything but their paychecks.
