I heard this joke years ago in junior high. When I received it in an email, it put a grin on my face and wanted to share it here.

I would imagine that just about everyone would be excited about having August 7th being proclaimed as a National Vacation Day. If I had my choice of a dream vacation destination I would have to choose Ireland. I have always been fascinated with Ireland’s colorful history and green has always been my favorite color! A land far a way, with a whole different type of culture, but the language barrier would be easy enough to handle, to a point. I think that I am at an age where learning a whole new language would be quite a challenge and I’m really not up to that at this stage. I would never dream of going some where and not to be able to communicate with the people.
