Over Due Make Over

My bedroom needs some work, bit time. I haven’t done anything to it since I moved into the place and I’m tired of looking at the same bedroom furniture that I grew up with and was fortunate enough to be able to take it with me when I left home. But that was some time ago and I really need something a bit more my style these days.

I’ve been looking around online lately to get some ideas and have found a really cool looking iron headboard that I’d enjoy owning and could certainly work around it with other items that I come up with. I’ve also found and fell in love with the most beautiful romantic bedding selection by using the useful website of become.com. Isn’t it wonderful?

I even like their selection of the accent pillows that they have used in this shot. Looks like I’m on my way to one nice make over, it’s all good! Maybe when I’m all done with the bedroom I can start working on the bathroom, that needs some work as well, sigh…

Take The Time to Compare Credit Card Offers Online

For the past couple of months I have noticed that several of my credit cards have suddenly changed their terms on me. One has taken away the 5 day grace period that gave me a few extra days to get the money to them and several of them have raised the interest fee up to 21%! This is absurd and I’m very upset with them all for doing this to me during these economic stressful times that it making life so difficult for the majority of us that need and depend on our credit cards to get by on. So I decided to take a look around on the Internet and see if I could find a useful site that would assist me with the task of finding a low interest credit card to replace the main one (credit card) that I have been relying on for years.

One site that I found very useful is at comparecards.com, they offer useful tips and information concerned credit cards and give you an opportunity to compare credit cards. I took the time to look around and found a much better deal that I’m happy with and encourage anyone in the same boat to do the same, it’s worth it.

Deals To Be Found Online

We are all pinching pennies these days. The use of coupons is on the rise big time, online and off. I know I don’t pay full price for anything that I purchase, and that is the bottom line. There are deals out there, it pays to be a smart and educated consumer, the Internet has certainly made that a much easier task to take on. With online promotions, free shipping, coupon codes and the like, there is no reason not to take advantage of all that is out there just for the taking.

This will be an interesting Christmas season with the economy still in crisis and people still losing their jobs and homes. Retail will be cut throat to say the least this holiday shopping season. To make it even a harder pill to swallow, we are all hearing that we are in for a hard winter, so heating fuel bills are going to be outrageous soon I fear.

One thing that I do to save money is to order my personal checks online from Mypersonalchecks.com. My bank used to offer free checks with my current checking account, but times are changing and they are now charging for the checks and the deposit tickets as well. I still have to use a paper check at times, but not nearly as much as I used to a few years ago when I finally smarted up and started using my debit card for most things.

College and The Costs Involved

I’ve always wanted to go back to school and further my education. It’s too bad that I didn’t take advantage and appreciate what my high school teachers were trying to teach me back then. The old saying that “Youth is wasted on the young” certainly comes to mind. I have found myself very interested in history these past few years. I love reading history based novels and they really have spiked my interest in the past big time. If nothing else I’d love to take some college courses just to learn for the sake of learning. But school takes money and money is a big issue right now with me and just about everyone else.

I could take advantage of some of the debt consolidation services that are being widely advertised and used by so many during these trying economic times. I found that Consolidatedcredit.org is a one stop debt solution center and have helped numerous students with their educational costs. They have an interesting debt consolidation guide for people just like me that can’t afford to dish out all that it takes to go back to college. I found it interesting that 79% of college students have credit cards and that 32% have four or more cards in their names. That is a lot of credit cards for these young students.

I’ll have to start looking and digging a bit deeper into going back to school. I really think that I’d enjoy it and it would be a challenge worth while for me to attempt.

No Waiting For Great Rates

It really blew my mind last year when a well known cash advance company came to our town and our city council had a total fit with the bright yellow and bright red paint that they painted the building with, which are the colors that all their other sites utilize in other areas.  This hit the front page of the city paper and had all kinds of people in an uproar for several while deciding what to do about the situation. City council finally decided that they could stay if they re painted the building with a more earth tones, like all the other businesses in the city. So they did and here they stay.

If I needed some type of cash advance, I’d be doing my business online instead of having to go somewhere and wait on people to get around to you and deal with all the paperwork that must be involved. I don’t care what they say, this will never be a paper less world!  The Internet has made taking these trips pointless which Payday Loans and Cash Advances a much easier task these days. Such as the one offers on the video that I have embedded below.

It’s nice to know that Payday One is licensed and based in the United States only. And that they have a “Great Rate Guarantee” along with a 24 hour turn around with no paper! This economy has played havoc on a lot of people’s credit, with Payday One low credit scores aren’t an issue, which is a plus.

I may need to take advantage of a cash advance if my car needs new snow tires this year. I do believe that last year was the last year that I can trust to use them for, and it was a mild winter. I have a feeling that we are in for a wicked winter this year and I want decent snow tires to keep me and any passengers safe on the roads.
