This time of the year I spend a good amount of my time at our local Home Depot store in town, looking for various spring time deals that will help me save money and still have a decent looking yard and garden. The chance of finding gold coins at one of these auctions is slim, but once in a great while you can stumble across a gold coin or two and with the price of gold on the rise you can make a sweet profit if you know what you are doing. Back in the day when I was a little girl my mother would buy cans of Reddi Whip whipped cream. We would have a dessert after almost every dinner because my dad loved dessert. We always saved room for dessert! We used Reddi Whip on a lot of the desserts.Sometimes dessert was as simple as a little cup of Breyer’s ice cream. Mom would squirt some Reddi Whip on top and put a maraschino cherry or little sugar sprinkles on it. My best friend is looking for ways to make some extra money. She has came up with the idea of making and selling jewelry at the local flea market, which is right outside of the city limits and is lately always jammed packed  full of vendors and buying customers each Saturday and Sunday.
