My kid brother is the family computer whiz and bless his heart we are all guilty of taking advantage of his technical knowledge and his skills more and more as things are always changing and most of us have no clue when it comes to so many issues that we have with our computers. With that said I am seriously considering getting him the web to print software solutions that he has been chatting up lately but hasn’t had the extra money to purchase it, so with Christmas fast approaching I think it would be a wonderful gift for him and a great way to say thanks for all of his time and hard work that he sacrifices for the whole entire family all year round. He has saved many family members a lot of time and money.

I can’t tell you how many times I have lost a file on the many computers that I’ve spent time on through out the years. Whether it was because I hit the delete button, on accident, or emptied the recycle bin just a bit too quickly, or due to the darn computer malfunctioning, it’s all a bad scene. Up to this point I was clueless on how to retrieve the file or folder, but now I see that there is software that will aid in this File Recovery task and am anxious to find out more about it.

At Diskdoctors.net, I have found more about this important recovery process and the software that is available for just that purpose. It states that as long as I have saved or downloaded any new data to my drive that it is possible to receive a complete recovery. Now how cool is that! I’ve always heard that when you delete something that it really isn’t permanently deleted, but have never found out the details of where it went and how to get it back, so I’m glad to know that it is possible for some one like me to be able to receive the software to make this all possible.

As you know I have a younger brother who is a computer whiz and he has taken on the task of educating me on several areas of the computer and I really have learned quiet a bit so far and am urging him to continue when he has the time. We talk on the phone and send emails frequently, since both of us are on our computers so often, it works out quiet well.He is currently assisting with the computer and technical aspect of a fairly new company of an old school friend, and he seems to be enjoying himself at the same time, which is strange, he is such a quiet and even tempered kind of fellow.

His friend heard about my brother’s reputation for doing an honest job for an honest dollar and looked him up, he isn’t hard to find mind you, and has hired him on as the Web Master, so he is in charge of the whole kit and caboodle of this new and exciting on-line business.

Ashop Commerce is who my brother is using with this particular client, he tells me that he has used it before and was briefly explaining what they do in his last email. It seems that they are the leading provider in hosted shopping cart software, they have no hidden fees and offer a variety of packages depending on what the business needs. He starts them out on their 10 day free trial and has never had a company ask him to put a stop on things and he hears good things about them. He says that they always provide him with good customer service and that it is an easy company to work with and plans on using them, always when necessary for a client.

He told me to visit there web-site and that I would find some useful information, like FAQs about shopping cart software and some good links are posted that he suggested a visit or two from. Of course I will take the time and learn what I can, while I can, might as well, can’t dance at the moment!

The Apple computer will always have a special place in my heart since it my first computer, so many years ago, was an Apple. My sister had one and taught me the basics on it and I was hooked on it right from the start. It didn’t take me long to want to go ahead and buy one for myself, which I promptly did and never looked back. If only we had an inkling of how important computers would become to us all I don’t think that so many people would have abandoned their Apple computers for the IBM PCs which quickly became the favorite on the market for reasons that I still don’t understand other than the lack of software that was available back then. Apple computers were and still are so much user friendly and have so much to offer, I really miss my old Mac.

My sister still has and uses her Apple computer, so I was thrilled to find a great website that sells various batteries at really great prices and they have the Apple Laptop Battery that her computer takes, so I was glad to forward the link for it to her today. When I find a great deal, I just can’t keep it to myself.
