Buy Gold Online

Today I decided to attend one of the new auction house that is now being held every Monday morning (some times lasting well into the afternoon) that I have been hearing so much about. It seems that a lot of people are getting rid of their possessions, for a variety of reasons too various to name here, but the economy is to blame for the majority of people’s acts of desperation these days, you can be sure of that. So the flea market and auction businesses are picking up and since I always enjoy hunting for a good bargain and enjoy bartering and bantering with folks, these are two places that I enjoy attending as much as possible and when my time permits me to.

Right now is a good time to be looking for gold at discount prices. The chance of finding gold coins at one of these auctions is slim, but once in a great while you can stumble across a gold coin or two and with the price of gold on the rise you can make a sweet profit if you know what you are doing. There is a lot involved with the buying and selling of gold and gold bullion, I’ve learned a good amount in the past few years from a friend of mine that has been investing for quite some time and has a lot of useful knowledge when it comes to bullion, which I find pretty fascinating.

Of course the Internet is a valuable tool when researching just about anything of interest. One good resource when it comes to gold is at goldeneaglecoin.com  I’ve referred numerous people there and have had positive feedback so far. A free gold guide, so to speak.

The Subject of Credit Cards

The subject of credit cards and people relying on them more and more now, is in the news almost nightly these days, the economy is in such turmoil and people are having to charge more things in order to just to survive this mess that our government has gotten us into. We are already seeing gas looking like it will be hitting the 4 dollar mark again, I’m sure that more and more people are applying for gasoline credit cards, folks that normally wouldn’t have the need or desire for one. The best kind are the ones that offer some type of reward program and there are plenty out there. I have finally broke down and now have a charge card that is to be specifically used for gasoline purchases and I must say that I got a pretty sweat deal on it, by doing my homework on the Internet, at a site called Creditcardsclub.com.

It turned out to be an easy process that didn’t take as much time as I thought and I’m very glad that I did take the time. I would recommend using this web-site to help compare credit card offers if you are thinking of adding another credit card to your wallet, it really was an easy process and has tons of information that is very useful.

A Birthday Shout Out to My Sis!

Today my sister is celebrating her 40th birthday. I wish she could spend the day doing everything fun and nice for herself to pamper her body and relax the mind. Wouldn’t that be a nice way to start the next year of your life?

But she doesn’t have that luxury, what with the economic times we are all in plus the fact that her hubby was hurt in a car wreck and can’t work until he recovers. So it was off to work she goes, and her dinner plans include Chinese take out that she picks up on her way home from work. So at least she doesn’t have to cook.

Sis – I love you and hope you manage to have a happy day on your 40th birthday!

Changing Career Paths

With all the layoffs and companies going bankrupt, a lot of people are looking for the silver lining in this economic downturn. One bright spot is that the loss of one job gives you the opportunity to change career paths and pursue new dreams and personal goals. If I had the chance to change my own career path I would search out a top culinary school and become a chef.

As much as I love to cook, I think a career in a professional kitchen would be very satisfying. I’ve even searched online to see what schools are in the middle of the state. I found the Art Institute listed, which would be perfect for me. This site has information on both schools and careers, which makes it easy to find the information needed to make the career transition. There are so many ways to change career paths these days, evening classes and online options out the yahoo!

A lot of people have flocked to further their education to get into the medical field, from which one would like there would always be need for. But now I am hearing the this Obama Care is all ready making medical businesses start laying off and readjusting their budgets and all hell is going to let loose here real soon.

We Share Our Dream Job

My boyfriend Bo and I have always thought that we would love to open up our own bar/restaurant and possible lodging for the good folks that ride two wheels. The bikers of the area are frequently finding themselves in need of a new decent place to meet and great, have a great time, good booze, good music, good food and even a place to crash for the night so the need to ride the bike back home won’t be so prevalent. The numbers of people that are buying and riding motorcycles have gone through the roof this past decade, plus some and most of them are decent hard working, good hearted people that don’t want to be hassled bye “the man” Getting in a wreck or getting a ticket and possible jail time is a real buzz kill!

We are always looking online at numerous websites that we educate ourselves in and compare the information and then discussing them with each other . Like the other night Bo came across a site that sells various Hotel Bar Supplies. Honestly I hadn’t even considered a lot of that aspect of the business, so this was an eye opener into the Hotel Supply industry and all the things that you possibly think of to use in any type of hospitality business.

Who knows, maybe one day our dream will come true and we might need to turn to somewhere like the Georgia Hotel Supplies Online website that we have bookmarked and put in our ever growing “dream job” folder. As the old saying goes – It Takes Money To Make Money and right now money is tighter than ever for most people that I know with the economy still in such crisis.
