It really too early to start inquiring the up and coming graduates for ideas on their graduation gifts that I would like to get them. A card with some cash or gift card in it just isn’t my style when it comes to graduation gifts. A graduation, any graduation, is such an important and proud occasion that I really like to buy something that they really want or need at this time in their life of transition with so many adventures ahead of them.

My sister has told me about a cool way to earn money, and money is a huge deal these days for the majority of people that I know and love, by signing up up with Mission Tuition at Missiontuition.com. At this website they have tons of participating merchants that deposit money directly into your kids savings account to help pay for their college expenses when you purchase their products or services through this website.
It is never too soon to start saving money to pay for your kids education. The cost of college is rising each and every year, I really don’t know how most people do it. My daughter is only in the 8th grade and they are really pushing these kids into seriously thinking about what they want to be “when they grow up” and what types of courses they will need to take in order to get to where they want to be when that time comes. I don’t know about the rest of the kids in her class but my daughter has no idea what she wants to do with the rest of her life, my goodness she still plays with Barbies some times with some of her friends when they come over. But if there is a way for me to start saving to pay for her education right now I might as well jump on it. I’m going to check out this site a bit more and let you know what I find out and what I decide on.

When I think of a locker, it always takes me back to the high school lockers and the athletic lockers for gym class that we all had to use every day back then. These small lockers were never big enough to suite most of our needs, they were old, ugly, smelly, made of wood and hard to open and close most of the time.
A school locker really serves an important purpose to students and should be in good working order and be easily accessible. I’m very glad to see that they have improved over the years. Back in September I went to my nephew’s “Back to School Night” because his folks both had to work. It was interesting to find myself back in a school, it has been a very long time since I’ve stepped foot into any type of school. He is such a good kid and I was glad to accompany him for that night. We got to meet his new teachers and find his locker, making sure that the combination was correct and that he didn’t have any trouble opening and closing the darn thing which can make life a real pain.

I’ve always wanted to go back to school and further my education. It’s too bad that I didn’t take advantage and appreciate what my high school teachers were trying to teach me back then. The old saying that “Youth is wasted on the young” certainly comes to mind. I have found myself very interested in history these past few years. I love reading history based novels and they really have spiked my interest in the past big time. If nothing else I’d love to take some college courses just to learn for the sake of learning. But school takes money and money is a big issue right now with me and just about everyone else.
I could take advantage of some of the debt consolidation services that are being widely advertised and used by so many during these trying economic times. I found that Consolidatedcredit.org is a one stop debt solution center and have helped numerous students with their educational costs. They have an interesting debt consolidation guide for people just like me that can’t afford to dish out all that it takes to go back to college. I found it interesting that 79% of college students have credit cards and that 32% have four or more cards in their names. That is a lot of credit cards for these young students.
I’ll have to start looking and digging a bit deeper into going back to school. I really think that I’d enjoy it and it would be a challenge worth while for me to attempt.
